My dad helped me get a job recently. I’m quite happy about that, as my dreams of owning my own laptop have been getting dusty and need looking after. I’m designing a website for the band Muchuu. They’re a bit full of unicorns and happy-happyness, but I think they’re really good. Hannah loves them.
Dad got me the job through John Mostyn, a friend of his. John manages them and they wanted a website done before they go on Radio One, so they have something for interested people to look at.

Last night I went to the musical We Will Rock You. It was one of the coolest things I’ve seen for quite some time (save for Battlefield Earth and a man falling off his scooter).

Last week Ethan took him and I to a concert for my birthday. That was my birthday present from him, and it was the best present I’ve ever had.
We went to see Korn, one of our mutual favourite bands. Heavy metal, creepy non-wordy babble (see ‘Freak on a Leash’) and ridiculously long endings containing bagpipes. They’re pretty cool.
I cannot write much because we are moving house this weekend. Kinda sucks because I haven’t blogged in ages. Will definitely blog after the move.

I’m going to keep this post short as I am actually at a party in NZ. Dad’s party really, hosted by Joe Gilfillian. Joe is an old friend of dad’s and is the best host of a party you could have. He never lets your drink run low, he plays great music (chosen by dad this time though), and he just has the coolest things. He has a volume knob in the bathroom, as there are speakers in every room of the house. Why? Because he can.
I was the designated photographer for the night, as dad was forced to mingle and say stuff like “Hey, I remember you! Back in ye olden days…” I’ve got some great photos all of which will be going on a soon to exist ‘Photos’ page. Hurrah!

Earlier last night we watched the rugby (New Zealand vs France). Well, everyone else watched it and I played guitar in my room and had a nap. Naps rock. Apparently we lost and had bad defense – boo us.
After my uber power-nap all the adults went out partying. I was shocked.
